Getting a Head Start!

At just 3 years old, my parents pushed me to be involved in a number of different activities..

Back then it didn't mean much to me, but now I understand the importance of it.

Not only did it create a love of sport, but it gave me the skills to socialise and get on with others. It showed me the importance of fair play and sportsmanship. These activities developed key gross and fine motor skills, cognitive skills such as problem solving and improved my creative side.

I now have my dream job of teaching children physical education from the age of 2 through to 18.

In today's Nurseries and schools there seems to be more children who lack the basic gross and fine motor skills. This coincides with the rise of technology and children becoming more sedentary.

Those children who are active are happier, have bigger social groups, healthier and their mental wellbeing is much better.

Give your child that head start by joining Mini Monsters Boxes providing fun, creative and educational activities straight to your door.
